崗位職責:
1.根據(jù)客戶要求,支持主機廠及客戶的設(shè)計師進行顏色和皮紋的開發(fā)設(shè)計
According to customer’s requirements, support designers of OEMs to develop color and grain on leather
2.支持主機廠設(shè)計師進行新版型的開發(fā)設(shè)計
Support design designers of OEMs develop new patterns
3.皮革新美學方面的工藝開發(fā)設(shè)計
New technology development on leather
4.完成公司設(shè)計趨勢展示、公司產(chǎn)品的市場宣傳活動策劃與執(zhí)行,包括線上線下宣傳物料的設(shè)計與制作(如宣傳冊、海報、展會物料等)
Complete the presentation of the company's design trends, the planning and execution of marketing activities for the company's products, including the design and production of online and offline promotional materials (such as brochures, posters, exhibition materials, etc.)
5.匯總與分析汽車、家裝內(nèi)飾、時尚趨勢,并與團隊和客戶分享
Summarize and analyze automotive, home decoration, fashion trends, and share with team and customers
6.其他的內(nèi)部設(shè)計任務(wù)
Further internal design tasks.
任職要求:
1.本科以上學歷,工業(yè)設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、服裝設(shè)計、平面設(shè)計等相關(guān)設(shè)計專業(yè),碩士學歷者優(yōu)先
Design Degree at least Bachelor (Industrial Design, Product Design, Fabric/Textile Design, Fashion Design, graphic design), Master’s degree preferred
2.三年以上設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗,有展臺實踐經(jīng)驗、外企工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
3 Year design work experience (Preferred in foreign companies)
3.熱愛汽車行業(yè),對汽車品牌、車型分類有基本的了解,對真皮的性能有基本了解,對材料和色彩敏感
Have basic knowledge on car brands and car industry, genuine leather, preference for Color and Material
4.根據(jù)客戶要求,制定相應的設(shè)計方案并實施,良好的樣品設(shè)計制作、跟蹤能力
Have ability in customized design based on customers‘ requirements, creative sample design and development, good project tracking
5.熟練操作Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator等設(shè)計軟件,具有一定的手繪表現(xiàn)力
Mature level in Computer Aided Design (Photoshop & Illustrator) and hand-painting
6.大學英語4級或同等以上水平,英語可滿足日常工作的需要
Good English level, both spoken and written, CET-4 or above
7.良好表達能力與客戶溝通能力,具有團隊合作精神,嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度、積極學習的精神
Good self-presentation and open minded to get in contact with customers easily, Team player, supportive nature even if not Project related
8.具備一定的市場敏感度,能獨立進行市場宣傳策劃,包括文案的撰寫、活動策劃等;
Possess a certain degree of market sensitivity and be capable of independently conducting market promotion planning, including copywriting, event planning, etc.
