工作描述Job Responsibility:
1.客戶溝通,包括在詢價(jià)階段客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn),項(xiàng)目信息,圖紙,工藝質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件的獲取,以及項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行過程中的客戶匯及問題澄清;
Communicate with customers, including customer specification, project information, drawings/templates, related technical and quality document for RFQ and also report to customer and question clarification during project running.
2. 組織設(shè)計(jì),研發(fā),質(zhì)量,供應(yīng)鏈,工程,財(cái)務(wù),采購等部門進(jìn)行可行性分析(工藝可行性、利用率分析、產(chǎn)能分析、包裝運(yùn)輸方案、模具等報(bào)價(jià)準(zhǔn)備工作);
To organize design, R&D, quality, supply chain, process, finance, purchasing departments for feasibility analysis;
3. 代表項(xiàng)目小組,負(fù)責(zé)與外部客戶及公司內(nèi)部的項(xiàng)目信息溝通與聯(lián)絡(luò),確認(rèn)客戶發(fā)行的圖紙及相關(guān)的技術(shù)信息,包括工程相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)、要求及其他客戶要求;
To communicate with customers and internal departments for the information confirmation regarding to the drawings/templates, related technical information, milestone and other special customer requirements.
4. 根據(jù)客戶節(jié)點(diǎn),組織召開啟動(dòng)會(huì),依據(jù)APQP流程,編制項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃, 跟蹤項(xiàng)目狀態(tài),組建項(xiàng)目多功能小組并進(jìn)行各階段的評審及必要時(shí)的升級匯報(bào)工作,確保項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,并督促相關(guān)部門按照項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃完成相關(guān)工作及文件整理,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目在規(guī)定時(shí)間點(diǎn)順利轉(zhuǎn)入量產(chǎn);
To organize the kick-off meeting according to customer milestone, Based on APQP, draw up project engineering plan, follow up project status, organize multi-function project team to hold evaluation for each project period and escalation meeting if needed, supervise the relevant departments to complete the relevant work and documents in accordance with the project plans, and promote the projects to be put into mass production smoothly and timely;
5. 支持協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門完成皮革前期開發(fā),以及工藝質(zhì)量問題改善
Support and coordinate the related department to finished the leather development and optimize the engineering and quality issues.
6. 研發(fā)階段與量產(chǎn)階段交接工作的管理;
To organize the handover between development and series production to ensure the project smooth running.
7. 工程變更時(shí)的內(nèi)外部項(xiàng)目信息溝通及依據(jù)變更管理流程對相關(guān)工程變更進(jìn)行跟蹤管控;
To communicate internally and externally for the EC information, and according to the change management process to control the engineering change..
8. 定期組織項(xiàng)目會(huì)議,落實(shí)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、匯總各項(xiàng)目各階段問題,確定解決方案并實(shí)施
To organize the project meeting regularly, to confirm all projects actual status, summarize the each project each problem, find the solution to follow up.
9. 組織封樣及認(rèn)可(含PPAP)
To organize all sample approval ( including PPAP )
10. 項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)批后,依據(jù)APQP workbook完成相關(guān)文件整理歸檔
Collecting all project documents based on APQP workbook
11. 相關(guān)項(xiàng)目訂單制作(項(xiàng)目周期內(nèi)用于樣品及展品范圍),樣品狀態(tài)(委外/物流)跟蹤及開票。
SAP order generate ( sample and exhibition scope during the projectlife), sample status(outsourcing/logistics) tracing and invoicing.
12. 上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)委任的其他工作及其他支援工作。
The other tasks which are assigned by manager and some support work if necessary.
任職要求Requirements:
1.熟悉IATF16949體系知識;
Know well in IATF16949.
2.良好的溝通技巧、抗壓能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)意識;
Excellent skills in communication, have teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure;
4. .熟悉項(xiàng)目管理5大工具
Be quite familiar with APQP、PPAP etc.;
5. 英語四級,良好的聽說書寫能力
At least CET4, Good spoken and written English.
6. 熟悉或了解SAP系統(tǒng)操作
Experience of SAP
7. 適應(yīng)出差(不定期,短時(shí)間性質(zhì))
To be possible to go on a business trip ( short time, irregularly)
8. 有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解不同客戶體系,有與外部客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Experience of project management, customers’ systems, and contacting external customers is preferred
