Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity.
Responsibilities:
? Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Domain related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals
? Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations
? Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback
? Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted
? Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars
? Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted
Qualifications:
? In-depth knowledge about finance, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain
? Basic knowledge in the areas of Power BI, good knowledge about MS office, and VBA and zeal to upgrade, and learn in all modes of training
? 2-8 years of experience
? Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
? Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
? Highly motivated and willing to work hard
? Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
? Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected
