Essential l Highly experienced using CAD Software: CREO for 2D and 3D drawings. l Experience in mechanics tolerance analysis and accuracy alignment design. l Experience in PCBA board mechanical design and 3D modelling, and EMC design. l Experience in mechanical material and manufacture process selection to get the best performance/cost ratio. l Experience in product concept design/system design and 3D modelling. l Knowledge of X-Ray radiation protection design and mechanical enclosure protection design. l Proven technical leadership. Desirable l Good English and local language skills, deals or negotiates in both local and English languages. lExcellent time management and organization skills. l Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook l Experience in PTC WindChill. l Ability to lead, motivate and develop a small R&D technical team. Qualifications l Master or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. l 8 or more years of broad technical experience, of which at least 5 years should be in product design and development.
