Key Responsibilities:
1) Executive Support
? Manage and maintain the CEO’s
calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
? Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas,
presentations, and reports.
? Take meeting minutes, follow up on action
items, and support project coordination.
? Screen emails, calls, and correspondence;
handle matters on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
2) Travel Arrangement & Logistics
? Organize domestic and international travel,
including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
3) Administrative Support
? Draft, proofread, and manage documents and
correspondence.
? Process expense claims and maintain accurate
records.
? Coordinate with service providers, vendors and
stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements
? Degree in Business Administration, Management,
or a related field.
? Proven experience as a Personal Assistant,
Executive Assistant, or similar role
? Good written and verbal communication skills
in Chinese and English
? Strong organizational and time management
abilities; able to multitask
? High level of discretion and confidentiality.
? Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office,
Teams, Zoom, and calendar/email tools.
