化工冶金
文件控制工程師：
崗位職責(zé)：
1） 熟悉工程領(lǐng)域全過(guò)程，包含設(shè)計(jì)，采購(gòu)，施工及項(xiàng)目管理
2） 熟悉工程項(xiàng)目可研、初步設(shè)計(jì)/基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖/詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及竣工圖等項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段的文件發(fā)放流程管理
3）能夠參與并承擔(dān)與外方業(yè)主及第三方之間的商務(wù)及技術(shù)文件，信函往來(lái)等文件分發(fā)
4）能夠使用文件控制系統(tǒng)管理分發(fā)文件
5）可協(xié)助項(xiàng)目編制招投標(biāo)、管理等相關(guān)文件
6）配合公司內(nèi)部及項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的相關(guān)文件管理及分發(fā)
崗位要求：
1） 5年左右的石油，化工，冶金，礦山，煤化，天然氣或制藥等相關(guān)行業(yè)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2） 學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷，持有大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)證書(shū)，口語(yǔ)流利，工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先
3） 熟悉國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)的項(xiàng)目管理流程
4） 有大型化工設(shè)計(jì)院及國(guó)際工程公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
5） 有從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)到詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試試車(chē)和移交的化工項(xiàng)目各方面的文件控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
6） 熟練使用MS Office及項(xiàng)目文件控制系統(tǒng)，能夠使用Auto CAD者優(yōu)先
7） 能適應(yīng)必要的出差
