職位描述
管道設(shè)計(jì)石油/石化化工
崗位職責(zé)：
1） 承擔(dān)工程項(xiàng)目可研、初步設(shè)計(jì)/基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖/詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及竣工圖的管道專業(yè)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)及校核工作，內(nèi)容包括PDMS三維建模，管道研究圖，設(shè)備布置圖，管道布置圖，ISO圖，管道材料表。
2） 熟悉和掌握設(shè)計(jì)流程，參與優(yōu)化管道設(shè)計(jì)工作程序；
3） 編制管道、管支吊架、閥門及安裝附件等數(shù)據(jù)表；編制與工藝相關(guān)的管路、支架等設(shè)計(jì)文件、安裝手冊(cè)等；
4） 配合和支持施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的施工工作；
5） 配合商務(wù)部進(jìn)行投標(biāo)的澄清及報(bào)價(jià)工作。
崗位要求：
1） 10年左右的石油，化工，冶金，煤化，天然氣或制藥相關(guān)行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2） 學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)工程，機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
3） 熟悉國際、國內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
4） 有大型化工設(shè)計(jì)院及國際工程公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
5） 有從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)到詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試試車和移交的化工項(xiàng)目各方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
6） 軟件能力: 熟練使用Office, AutoCAD, PDMS,PDS；有E3D,SP3D應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者尤佳；
7） 有應(yīng)力計(jì)算和管材專業(yè)相關(guān)技能者優(yōu)先；
8） 有一定的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠準(zhǔn)確表述信息和想法；
9） 能適應(yīng)必要的出差
