工作內(nèi)容:
1. Through existing resources to create good relationship with customers, via customer visit, seminar, exhibition to know their requirements deeply and seek business opportunities to promote ELTEK products.
通過其現(xiàn)有資源建立與客戶的良好關(guān)系,并通過客戶拜訪、研討會(huì)、展會(huì)等方式深入了解客戶需求,尋找業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)推廣愛爾泰相關(guān)產(chǎn)品;
2. Propose and implement annual sales plan (target, market share, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs and content per business increase.
針對(duì)重點(diǎn)客戶提出并實(shí)施年度銷售計(jì)劃(目標(biāo)、市場份額、新項(xiàng)目等),通過分析確定客戶需求和業(yè)務(wù)增長的內(nèi)容。
3. To conduct the information colleting, analyzing and sharing including industry policy and process, volume forecast, market trends, product demand, competition etc.
完成信息的收集、分析和分享包括政策及流程、產(chǎn)量預(yù)測、市場趨勢、產(chǎn)品需求、競爭等。
4. To negotiate make agreement with customer on the terms and conditions of business agreements.
與客戶談判在商務(wù)條款上達(dá)成一致。
5. To support the new product launching and innovation solutions promotion.
支持公司投放新產(chǎn)品、推廣新技術(shù)。
6. To maintain/improve customers relationship,coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
維護(hù)并加強(qiáng)客戶關(guān)系,協(xié)調(diào)客戶和內(nèi)部部門之間的溝通,以保持客戶滿意度促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)開展。
崗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above,3+years sales experience in Automotive or appliance for healthcare industry;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,3年以上汽車零部件或家電零部件或醫(yī)療行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. Excellent communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills;
優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)、展示以及商務(wù)談判能力;
3. Be good at thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
善于思考并具備較強(qiáng)的問題解決能力;
4. Can be work under the pressure.
有較好的承受工作壓力和挫折的心理素質(zhì).
