職責(zé)描述:
1. Check and record in-house payments, fixed assets depreciation and etc.
2. Record cost accrual& tax transactions
3. Record HR salary and related transactions
4. Prepare monthly balance sheet breakdown for GL accounts
5. Support internal and external audit
6. Ad-hoc task assigned by team leader
1. 核對(duì)并記錄內(nèi)部付款、固定資產(chǎn)折舊等
2. 記錄成本預(yù)提及稅務(wù)相關(guān)賬務(wù)
3. 記錄人力資源薪酬及相關(guān)賬務(wù)
4. 編制月度總賬科目余額表明細(xì)
5. 支持內(nèi)外部審計(jì)工作
6. 完成團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的臨時(shí)工作
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree of financial or accounting
2. 1-2 years of experience, within advertising, media or marketing industries is preferred
3. Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
4. Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner;
5. Good communication and time management skill;
6. Good knowledge of MS office
7. Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing.
1. 財(cái)務(wù)或會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷
2. 2-5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有廣告、媒體或營(yíng)銷行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先(優(yōu)秀可不考慮行業(yè))
3. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),注重細(xì)節(jié)
4. 思維開放、積極主動(dòng)、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)
5. 良好的溝通能力和時(shí)間管理能力
6. 熟練掌握MS Office辦公軟件,精通Excel
