【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 負(fù)責(zé)與海外客戶的需求和技術(shù)對(duì)接,確??蛻粜枨笈c公司產(chǎn)品技術(shù)方案之間的匹配;
2. 解答客戶在項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中提出的技術(shù)問(wèn)題,提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持,確??蛻舻玫郊皶r(shí)的反饋;
3. 協(xié)調(diào)與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作,確??蛻粜枨蟊粶?zhǔn)確理解并轉(zhuǎn)化為可執(zhí)行的技術(shù)要求;
4. 通過(guò)技術(shù)對(duì)接和支持,幫助客戶解決技術(shù)障礙,確保項(xiàng)目順利推進(jìn);
5. 與客戶持續(xù)溝通,了解項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展和技術(shù)需求的變化,及時(shí)調(diào)整技術(shù)支持策略;
6. 提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和支持文檔,幫助客戶更好地理解和應(yīng)用公司產(chǎn)品;
7. 協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)提升技術(shù)能力和項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行效率,確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付。
【任職要求】
● 電子、自動(dòng)化、通信等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
● 至少5年及以上技術(shù)支持、應(yīng)用工程或系統(tǒng)集成等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備豐富的客戶技術(shù)對(duì)接經(jīng)驗(yàn);
● 扎實(shí)的技術(shù)背景,能夠迅速識(shí)別并解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題,特別是在嵌入式系統(tǒng)或自動(dòng)化控制領(lǐng)域;
● 具有流利的英語(yǔ)寫作和表達(dá)能力,能夠與海外客戶進(jìn)行高效的口頭和書(shū)面技術(shù)溝通;
● 具有優(yōu)秀的需求分析能力,能夠與客戶共同討論技術(shù)需求并確保其在公司產(chǎn)品中的準(zhǔn)確實(shí)現(xiàn);
● 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力和跨部門溝通能力,能夠協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理之間的工作;
● 具備客戶導(dǎo)向思維,能夠提供定制化的技術(shù)支持,提升客戶滿意度。

● 熟悉電控產(chǎn)品(如控制器、驅(qū)動(dòng)器等)及其應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的技術(shù)背景優(yōu)先;

● 能接受出差,參與客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的技術(shù)支持和溝通。
Job Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient Application Engineering Manager to serve as the key point of contact for technical communication with our international clients. You will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries during project implementation and ensuring that customer requirements are seamlessly aligned with the company’s technical solutions. In addition to providing hands-on technical support, your strong English communication skills will be crucial in conveying complex concepts clearly and effectively to our clients.
As a vital liaison between our technical teams and clients, you will ensure that project execution is closely aligned with client needs. Through clear communication and effective collaboration, you will help drive the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the technical interface with overseas clients, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and the company’s product technical solutions.
2. Address technical questions raised by clients during the project, providing professional technical support and ensuring timely feedback.
3. Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and translated into actionable technical specifications.
4. Assist clients in overcoming technical barriers through effective technical support, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
5. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor project progress and changes in technical requirements, adjusting technical support strategies as needed.
6. Provide technical training and support documentation to help clients better understand and apply the company’s products.
7. Assist the team in improving technical capabilities and project execution efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or systems integration, with extensive experience in client technical interfaces.
● Strong technical background, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, particularly in embedded systems or automation control fields.
● Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to communicate efficiently with overseas clients in both oral and written technical discussions.
● Excellent requirements analysis skills, able to collaborate with clients to discuss technical needs and ensure accurate implementation in company products.
● Strong teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, able to coordinate effectively between technical teams, clients, and project managers.
● Customer-oriented mindset, capable of providing tailored technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements
● Familiarity with the technical background of electronic control products (e.g., controllers, drivers, etc.) and their application scenarios is preferred.
● Experience in cross-cultural communication and the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment.
● Willingness to travel for on-site technical support and communication with clients.
