DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES義務和職責: Sales Activities and Customer Focus銷售活動和客戶關系維護 - Accountable for revenue generation within existing assignments, and long-term account goals.負責現(xiàn)有客戶的業(yè)務開發(fā),協(xié)助公司利潤率及長期客戶目標的實現(xiàn); - Key point of contact for customer’s procurement and engineering teams based on trust and respect, with a focus on developing long-term strategic relationships with key customer contacts for long term mutual benefits. 與客戶采購及工程團隊溝通并建立信任及合作;維護長期戰(zhàn)略關系并以實現(xiàn)共贏; - Responsible for specific customers, including responding to RFQs, preparing pricing proposals, project roll out, and management of ongoing pricing and coordinating of technical issues or concerns during production.負責客戶的新產(chǎn)品詢價、準備報價資料并協(xié)助新項目推進;負責現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的定價管理并協(xié)調客戶生產(chǎn)過程中的技術問題; - Consistently focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction.始終如一的專注于實現(xiàn)客戶滿意度; Customer Development & Product Knowledge客戶開發(fā)與產(chǎn)品知識 - Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing EQI products and QEM machining capabilities as well as new products in the market, industry trends and new developments along with understanding current competitive conditions within the marketplace. 通過不斷了解市場產(chǎn)品及行業(yè)趨勢,協(xié)助建立EQI產(chǎn)品及QEM加工能力的市場競爭力。 - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customers’ changing needs on an ongoing basis.積極評估、溝通和驗證客戶的變更需求; - Is able to sell based on customer needs and wants; demonstrates a continued personal concern for the customer outlining the value EQI and QEM provides to the customer.了解客戶需求和意愿,進行針對性地銷售,并持續(xù)建立EQI及QEM在客戶端的價值。 Achieving Targets達成的目標 - Responsibility for meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue and new business acquisition targets as outlined by management. 負責達到并超過管理層提出的營收目標及新業(yè)務開發(fā)目標; - Maintain profitability of assigned accounts at directed contribution. Proficiency in using 3D model software. 計算機技能:精通MS Office,包括Word、Excel、Outlook和MS Project;最好能夠簡單使用3D模型軟件; -Professional Experience職業(yè)經(jīng)歷: a. > 10 years of experience in the technical field involved in machining industry, machined products, project management, and program launch implementation. 機械加工行業(yè)、機加工產(chǎn)品、項目管理和項目啟動實施等技術領域擁有10年以上經(jīng)驗; b. Knowledge and experience in the off-road vehicle industry including agricultural, construction, material handling, aerial work platform market segments. 具有在非道路車輛行業(yè)的知識和經(jīng)驗,包括農(nóng)業(yè)、建筑、物料搬運、高空作業(yè)平臺細分市場; c. Experience and knowledge of machining (HMC, VMC, CNC lathe) and related manufacturing processes as well as casting, forging and assembly processes. 具有加工(HMC、VMC、CNC 車床)和相關制造工藝以及鑄造、鍛造和裝配相關經(jīng)驗和知識; e.
