Job description Simply Mandarin>;is looking for an enthusiastic telephone receptionist>;whose responsibilities will include telesales and on- line brand ambassador for two related companies, Exclusively Connected and Wine ClubWine Club. Exclusively Connected is a web based platform that markets and sells exclusive, once in a life time experiences to Union Pay cardholders in China and South East Asia. Wine ClubWine Club offers Union Pay cardholders an opportunity to receive home deliveries of exclusively sourced wines direct from cellars around the world and access to some of the most prestigious wine experiences, wineries and winemakers in the world. The receptionist will receive calls, answer questions and effectively promote and sell experiences, services and products on behalf of the two companies. There will be a requirement for the receptionist to continually learn about any new offers and products in order to answer questions accurately. The suitable candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken), articulate, confident and should be able to show initiative while engaging with any customer on a call. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities ·>;Receive calls from on line customers of Exclusively Connected and Wine ClubWine Club. ·>;Accurately answer any queries or questions directly or by returned call. ·>;Accurately explain the products, services or experiences to customers ·>;Deliver possible scripted sales pitches to customers ·>;Adjust scripted sales pitches to meet needs of individual customers ·>;Provide accurate pricing details ·>;Obtain customer information including names, contact details and addresses ·>;Record customer details including reaction to the products, services or experiences offered ·>;Accurately record any enquiries and the customer details ·>;Forward these enquiries and customers details directly and immediately to the company advertising the relevant offer ·>;Follow up on these enquiries with the company ·>;Conduct possible customer and marketing surveys ·>;Provide regular report to management Education and Experience ·>;Bachelor’s degree or above ·>;Minimum 3 years of work experience, Knowledge of general sales and marketing principles and strategies ·>;Work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing ·>;International travel experience preferred ·>;Experience in sales and marketing of luxury products preferred ·>;Proficiency and skills with power point, excel and word computer programs Key Competencies ·>;Very good communication skills ·>;Accurate information gathering and management ·>;Persuasive ·>;Adaptable ·>;An ability to show Initiative ·>;Determined ·>;Professional and good negotiation skills ·>;Energetic and enthusiatic ·>;Self motivated >; >; >; Salary negotiable based on capacbilites.
