Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Support GM and team members on admin logistics
- Assist in liaison with internal & external parties on admin/logistics
- Support Business Development Manager in the acquisition and development of land and property for investment or trade
Major Tasks & Activities:
- Support GM’s calendar management, meeting arrangements, and admin logistics etc.
- Support departmental admin tasks for team members
- Assist in liaison with internal & external parties
- Assist in preparing development and investment appraisal
- Assist in conducting market research in relevant segments of the property market
- Assist in preparing documentation and progress reports
- Assist in conducting feasibilities studies of potential development projects
- Liaise with relevant government departments and property agencies
- Other ad hoc duties
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- University graduate or college graduate in relevant discipline
- 2-3 years working experience in real estate
- Chinese native proficiency, English proficient
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Business-minded and able to work independently
- Willing to learn, energetic and conscientious
