崗位職責(zé)：

Creating design of experiments for R&D Lab Assistant. Fabrication of laboratory small-scale samples with his team. Testing of end application upon customer request according to desired specification. Analysis of material samples. Managing laboratory of several chemists and supporting administrative works. Support technology transfer from R&D to the production. Visit of customer sites and providing technical support for new product applications. Identification of new raw material suppliers and support quality control. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the laboratory. Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.

任職要求：

1. 改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)造新的工藝和新產(chǎn)品； 2. 5年以上反應(yīng)型化工產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3. 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力; 4. 優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力，英語可以作為工作語言; 5. 精細(xì)化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士以上學(xué)歷。 Improve and create new processes and products.
