Main missions and responsibilities: - Ensure the link between France and China on PCAM process, pilot, characterization and R&D aspects. - Coordinate the technical topics between Chinese partner and French technical team on R&D and industrialization of PCAM process. - Support and follow up the drafting and the transfer of PCAM technology documentation from China to France for the need of industrial pilots and R&D center development. - Participate in the definition of documents related to the know-how. - Participate in and follow up with the Chinese partner for the drafting of know-how documents. - Work with PCAM France process expert to understand the documents. - Manage and follow the exchanges and experiments carried out by Chinese partner during the transfer phase. - Support the French personnel sent for training in China. - Contribute to the construction of industrial pilots, of the R&D Center and of production plants in France. - Participate the technical discussions with equipment supplier for both pilots and production plant. - Participate in the definition and monitoring of internal or external R&D programs. - Support the qualification of the process in the industrialization phase. - Lead the relationship and coordination with technical partners (laboratories, universities, suppliers, etc.) in China. - Benchmark the equipments for PCAM pilots in China. - Study and follow up technological developments for PCAM, Chinese partner and other players in China. Required skills: - Background in chemistry, chemical engineering and materials characterization. - Knowledge of PCAM will be a plus. - Good ability to understand and integrate technology into a multicultural environment, as well as to understand and transfer it. - Fluent in written and oral English for daily communication. French is a strong plus. - Fluid relationship, customer orientation - Open mind, rigor and organization spirits - Capability of solving complex problems Experiences and profile: - Master degree or above on material or applied chemistry; - 5 years of experiences or above in materials science, chemistry and chemical process industries; particularly experiences of material R&D and/or technical process development and industrialization for Precursor of Active Cathode Materials (PCAM) of NMC Li-Ion EV batteries is highly desirable.
