Responsibilities
? Organize events for a variety of stakeholders across different brands, business unit leaders and VIP’s.
? Develop and reconcile event budget, create event calendar with F&B team and marketing departments to streamline resources and ensure business objective is met.
? Understand event goals, provide solutions to challenges, manage risk and come up with solutions to ensure projects are executed on time.
? Source and manage vendors; help procure new gift vendors for VIP’s .
? Develop new and fresh event concepts for multi-function space.
? Lead the annual marketing and employee engagement strategies and event development (tea appreciation seminar, tastings, gym promotions);
? Drive employee engagement through the creation and implementation of attractive programs and promotions;
? Work close with IT / Graphic Designer / Corp Comm team to develop good internal marketing posters.
? Promotes Food and Beverage outlets through internal advertising and public relations campaigns to ensure continuous usage of F&B outlets.
? Manage events on-site in a rational mindset, be a team player, handle attendee management and ensure strong execution of events.
? Analyze event results, carry out recommendations for improvements and provide a de-briefing to all management post-event
Job Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in marketing and is familiar with the hotel industry companies’ policy;
? Summarize and analyze the results of events to ensure continuous improvement of future events and projects;
? Looking for a person who is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, creative, positive mindset, team player who is willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities;
? Strong event management skills / can execute high -touch events for VIP clients with a strong eye for customer’s experience.
? An excellent team player who is good in time-management; fluent in both English / Chinese
? Proficient with Excel, PPT and Microsoft applications.
