This position is responsible for the whole life
cycle management of supplier quality at the mass production stage.

Ensure that the
products/services delivered by suppliers meet the company's quality
requirements and industry standards.
·
Drive suppliers to continuously
improve product quality and reduce quality risks by monitoring, analyzing and
improving supplier quality performance.
·
Actively cooperate with the
company's production feedback of supplier parts quality problems to ensure
production stability
·
Regularly collect and analyze
delivery quality data (batch qualification rate, return rate, customer
complaints, etc.) from volume suppliers to identify abnormal trends.
·
Lead the root cause analysis of
quality problems of mass products, use 8D, 5why, fishbone chart and other tools
to promote the supplier to develop corrective and preventive measures.
·
Coordinate internal forces
(production, logistics, planning, R&D) and suppliers to quickly resolve
unexpected quality issues on the production line and reduce the risk of
shutdown.
·
Manage supplier quality claim
process and push supplier to take responsibility for quality loss.
·
Lead supplier quality
improvement projects (e.g. Six Sigma, PDCA) for repetitive problems or systemic
risks
·
Participate in supplier quality
review of new product to mass production stage, ensure supplier PPAP
(production part approval process) documents and physical compliance.
·
Evaluate supplier change
requests (such as material and process changes) during mass production, review
validation reports and approve implementation..
