Overseas Sales Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Overseas Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications:
Educational Background: A minimum of an Associate degree in Electromechanics, International Trade, or related fields.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the electromechanical industry. Candidates with knowledge in sand treatment, shot blasting, and other casting equipment will be given preference.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional English proficiency with fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is essential. The ability to seamlessly communicate with international clients and execute sales orders is required.
Adaptability and Resilience: The capacity to handle pressure and adapt to changing environments. Willingness to undertake overseas travel and exhibit a profound enthusiasm for international sales.
Collaboration and Communication: A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to challenges and robust interpersonal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office suite and the ability to interpret CAD drawings are necessary.
Experience: Prior sales experience in the custom automation industry is preferred.
Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel nationally as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Drive the sales of our products by actively gathering market intelligence and addressing customer feedback promptly.
Contract Management: Oversee the bidding process for sales products, negotiate and finalize contracts within authorized parameters, and ensure the timely collection of payments.
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, cultivate relationships with new clients, and strategically expand our market presence.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage and execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

03. 具備優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)能力,表達(dá)流暢,能與海外客戶交流溝通,順利實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售訂單;
04. 能承受一定壓力,可接受海外出差,對(duì)海外銷(xiāo)售抱有極大熱情和興趣;
05. 有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,善于應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),有良好的人際溝通能力;
06. 熟練運(yùn)用OFFICE等辦公軟件 ;能看懂CAD圖紙;
07. 有非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
08. 有駕照;
09. 能夠適應(yīng)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)出差;
工作職責(zé):
01. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售工作;搜集市場(chǎng)需求信息, 積極反饋客戶反映的問(wèn)題;
02. 負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售產(chǎn)品招投標(biāo)各項(xiàng)事務(wù),在授權(quán)范圍內(nèi)完成產(chǎn)品合同的簽訂及貨款的回收工作;
03. 開(kāi)拓新市場(chǎng),發(fā)展新客戶;
04. 管理維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系;
05. 及時(shí)完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作;
