職位描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)從客戶處接單、操作,安排國際貨運、進(jìn)出口報關(guān)、國內(nèi)運輸、監(jiān)管證件代辦等公司業(yè)務(wù)。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶委托單證的整理、校對,臺賬的錄入、結(jié)費等相關(guān)工作。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)與客戶溝通聯(lián)系,有問題及時反映,并提出處理意見。
4. 服從主管的工作安排,配合其他崗位同事的工作。
任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,報關(guān)與國際貨運、物流管理、國際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
2. 二年以上空海運進(jìn)出口相關(guān)貨代業(yè)務(wù)操作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先錄取;
3. 較強的敬業(yè)精神與團隊合作精神及良好的服務(wù)意識,能承受一定工作壓力。
Job description:
1.Be responsible for receiving orders from customers, arranging international freight, import and export customs declaration, domestic transportation, supervising certificate agency and other company businesses.
2. Responsible for the sorting and proofreading of client's entrustment
documents, entry of standing book, settlement of fees and other related work.
3. Be responsible for communication with customers, timely report problems and
put forward handling suggestions.
4. Obey the work arrangement of the supervisor and cooperate with the work of
colleagues in other positions.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in customs declaration and international
freight, logistics management, international trade is preferred.
2. More than two years' experience in air and sea freight forwarding business is
preferred.
3. Strong professionalism, team spirit and good service consciousness, able to
work under pressure.
