崗位職責:
1.Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes. Foster open and honest communication, which anticipates stakeholder expectations.
2.Develop and present digital project business cases, utilizing Agile project management delivery techniques to ensure timely and effective results. Represent the project and solution design in governance meetings.
3.Manage the implementation of end-to-end digital and automation solutions with Power Platform capabilities, such as Power Apps, Power Automate/ Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, etc., using Agile and DevOps principles to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
4.Oversee the approval process in accordance with HSBC standards, utilizing Agile methodologies to streamline the process.
5.Convert business requirements into future state processes and high-level solution designs, leveraging advanced business analysis skills. Ensure all documentations are in compliance with HSBC governance.
6.Lead in providing training to our teams in Agile methodologies and principles to ensure a flexible and adaptive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7.Keep abreast on latest technology/ best practices in banking industry and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement.
8.Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations.
任職要求:
1.University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
2.Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably with knowledge of business banking products and bank operations. Knowledge in lending/ payments/ digital banking will be an advantage.
3.Proven successful track record in a project management role, preferably within the digital delivery pod.
4.Ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others.
5.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) will be a plus.
6.Strong knowledge and proven successful track record in Power Platform and/or RPA technologies, and their use case assessment, implementation & delivery lifecycle.
7.Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery approach.
