Main Responsibilities
1. Direct selling of service to new customers within the region
Result: New business won
2. Improvement of Business within existing Edwards Service Accounts either / both in terms of Margin, Contract Term &/or Coverage:
Result: Increased both revenue and profitability are the main goal & other goals manager assigned
3. Retention and Support of Existing Business
Result: No business lost and maintain planned yearly target on revenue and margin
4. Support New Product Sales – leads & / or in support of major bids where service profile is key to wining of the business.
Result: Edwards increases installed base within region and development of future new Service Business. Protect the reputation of Edwards Service Business
5. Market Intelligence – provide feedback to SEMI Service Sales Manager to enable better understanding of customer needs and trends.
Result: Edwards develops the correct solutions for customers / markets.
6. Report on Competitor OEM and 3rd Party Service Activity
Result: Edwards has an obvious understanding of market conditions and threats
7. Focus on dedicated service product promotion
Result: Enhance new SEMI service products selling on both existing customer and new customers, enhance dry pump & STP upgrade business both on replace Edwards obsoleted products and replace competitor product.
8. Promotion of new service product
Result: Help service sales manager-Semi to promote choices service, dig out the potential service request from SEMI key account customers & other customer
(Occasionally) responsible to purchase within defined scope upon line manager's permission and use company system.
Working location: Shanghai
Target customer:UMC group, Tianma group & other related SEMI customer in Fujian Province
Education level:University degree
Relevant previous experience: 5 -10 Years Minimum of working within Service Business experience of selling or supporting commercial proposals or 5 Years Minimum of selling equipment direct in SEMI territory
Language skills:Ability to communicate in both Written & Spoken English in addition to local language(s)
