1. Coordinated customer after-sale business and implemented customer quality corresponding strategies; 協(xié)調(diào)客戶售后業(yè)務(wù),實(shí)施客戶品質(zhì)對(duì)應(yīng)策略;

3. Transmitted customer's voice (VOC), promoted factory quality improvement horizontally, prevented major issues from the client side, and achieved customer quality objectives; 傳遞客戶聲音(VOC),橫向推動(dòng)工廠質(zhì)量改善,防止客戶方出現(xiàn)重大問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶質(zhì)量目標(biāo);
4. Maintained customer relationship, improved credit rating, and ensured the smooth operation of corresponding customer business.維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,提高信用等級(jí),確保相應(yīng)客戶業(yè)務(wù)順利進(jìn)行。

1. Education: Bachelor's degree; 學(xué)歷:本科以上學(xué)歷;
2. Understand the current situation of the panel industry, have more than 3 years of after-sales customer experience or quality experience in the panel industry, electronics industry experience is also acceptable; 了解面板行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,有3年以上面板行業(yè)售后客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn)或質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗(yàn),有電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可;
3. Clear thinking, good language expression and communication skills; 思維清晰,良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)和溝通能力;
4. Honest, confident and sincere; 誠(chéng)實(shí)、自信、真誠(chéng);
