Here are the major responsibilities 以下是崗位主要職責(zé) Make sure smooth, satisfying and personalized hospitality is provided to Steyers； 確保社區(qū)員工為所有客人提供順暢、滿意和個(gè)性化的接待服務(wù)； Understand every bit of the project and handle work shifts, procurement, facilities management, safety and other related tasks in the daily operations of the community； 了解項(xiàng)目的每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)，進(jìn)行排班、采購(gòu)、維護(hù)、安保等社區(qū)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)的相關(guān)工作； Make decisions about the balance between long-term Steyer and short-term hotel guests, price-setting, holiday packages, etc. to maximize profits; 對(duì)長(zhǎng)租和短租客人比例、價(jià)格、優(yōu)惠套餐等做出決策，實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化； Build and keep great relationships with neighbors, government agencies, property owners and other related parties, and can respond well in case of emergency. 建立并維護(hù)和鄰居、政府機(jī)構(gòu)、業(yè)主等其它相關(guān)方的良好公共關(guān)系，及時(shí)處理突發(fā)事件； Actively promote Stey to external parties whether it is an individual or a company to attract more customers； 積極對(duì)外向個(gè)人和公司宣傳來(lái)拓展客源; Contribute to the social media posts of Stey by providing materials for Wechat, Weibo，*********, etc.; 為 Stey 發(fā)布的社交媒體內(nèi)容提供素材，如微信、微博和 ********* 等; Plan and host various community events so that both Steyers and the staff can have an active social life and more interactions； 策劃舉辦各種社區(qū)活動(dòng)，豐富長(zhǎng)租客人與員工的社交體驗(yàn)和互動(dòng)； Develop a close rapport with long-term Steyers, this is achieved by knowing what they like and don’t like, their pet peeves, so that they feel understood and pampered； 與長(zhǎng)租客人建立密切的關(guān)系，了解他們的喜好，從而讓長(zhǎng)租客戶感受到被理解和被尊重；
