As a key marketing role of Advanced Wound Dressing business area, this position is responsible for the full lifecycle product management (excluding R&D) of all products within a business unit, covering market research, product positioning, launch strategy, sales support, and end-of-life planning. The candidate should have a strong background in the medical device industry and be capable of leading a small team to execute cross-functional product strategies.

- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and promotional plans for all products under the assigned business unit;
- Lead new product launch campaigns, including market positioning, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and channel planning;
- Collaborate with sales, regulatory affairs, clinical, and compliance teams to drive product commercialization and continuous optimization;
- Collect and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to generate market insights that inform product decisions;
- Manage product portfolio performance, evaluate market success, and recommend product upgrades, iterations, or phase-out strategies;
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing events (e.g., trade shows, academic conferences, webinars, digital campaigns);
- Manage and develop direct reports to enhance team expertise and execution capability;
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, optimize resource allocation and ROI;
- Provide marketing materials, training, and proposal support to the sales team as needed.
基本任職資格Basic qualifications
- Master degree in Marketing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years in team leadership roles;
- Sales experience is preferred
