Responsibilities:
●Lead security compliance management to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
●Oversee security team building and qualification management to enhance team professionalism.
●Oversee the daily operations of the fire and monitoring center to ensure the effective functioning of equipment.
●Develop and conduct drills for security emergency plans to strengthen emergency management capabilities.
●Drive optimization of security services and quality improvement to continuously enhance the safety system.
●Ensure compliance management of dormitories, including the development and implementation of compliance policies.
●Establish and optimize emergency response procedures for dormitories to enhance capability in addressing unexpected incidents.
●Coordinate and allocate dormitory resources to optimize space utilization efficiency.
●Supervise facility maintenance and safety improvement projects to ensure a safe living environment.
●Drive the implementation of dormitory-related special initiatives, such as cultural construction and energy-saving programs.
Requirements:
●A full-time bachelor
s degree or above. Major in related to administrative management, public affairs management, etc., will be preferred.
●At least 3 years of work experience in administrative management of large enterprises. Prior experience in dormitory management, system auditing, or security management is preferred.
●Strong written communication skills and proficiency in office software; solid knowledge of safety management and emergency response capabilities.
●High sense of responsibility and execution ability; excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with various departments and external institutions; strong team cooperation spirit and the ability to work under pressure.
●Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (College English Test Band 4 or above).
