Accountabilities：
- Lead the team to build and implement clear and strong Tibsovo promotion strategy and scientific platform.
- Lead the team to formulate clear and effective market strategies, based on the product life cycles and the opportunities and challenges accurately insight the in the market.
- Lead the team to complete the preparation and development of promotion materials for product according to different marketing channels and customer.
- Lead the team to build effective marketing campaigns, promote efficient implementation, and support the achievement of performance.
- Consistent with the company's 2030 strategy to ensure product strategy and build efficient strategic platform.
- To collaborate with the team and across departments, drive the planning and execution of product strategy and improve business performance.
- To collaborate with the team and across departments, drive the establishment of a higher performance strategy platform.
- Continuously optimize the team's business process and improve business efficiency.
- Identify and support cross-functional collaboration opportunities to ensure Tibsovo is successful and brand value be maximized.
- Works closely with GAMA/Commercial team to align the reimbursement/tender/distribution and listing issue of the products.
- Support RA team product life cycle management and new product launch.
- Works with finance, legal and compliance teams to ensure effective team budget management and project compliance system monitoring.
- Team and people development.
- Align with company values and build a positive and productive team culture.
- Motivate and develop the professional skills of team members to ensure the achievement of team business goal.
- Provide a platform for continuous innovation for the team.
- Life science or marketing education background
- Bachelor or above
- MKT analysis
- Strategic and Operational Business/Marketing Planning

- People management/development
- Global vision and thinking. Very fluent English in written and oral communication.
- Strategic agility - Learning agility to form a clear view of business opportunities and challenges; Ability to think holistically and provide business insights from a wealth of facts/analysis.
- Analytical skills - an excellent ability to review and use data to develop insights and support decision making.
- Dealing with ambiguity - responding effectively to change; Making decisions and actions without complete information; Adapt to risk and uncertainty.
- Communication and Influence - excellent presentation and some influential skills and the ability to interact with internal and external executives.
- Product line management experience in MNC pharmaceutical company
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, at least 2 years team management experience preferred.
- Marketing experiences in Oncology field is must
