I. Work package Quality management 1: processes & audit
? Design, alignment (Farasis and MB) of processes alongside the complete material flow.
? Writing and aligning of process descriptions up to official release in the Farasis and MB systems
? Process auditing and documentation, follow up audits
? KPI tracking of audit findings and KPI tracking of process KPI
II. Work package Quality Management 2: sub-supplier management
? Design, alignment (Farasis and MB) of processes alongside the supply chain (capacity)
? Design, alignment (Farasis and MB) of processes alongside the problem solving chain (issue – analysis – problem solving – claiming) (quality)
? Writing and aligning of process descriptions up to official release in the Farasis and MB systems
? Process auditing and documentation, follow up audits
? KPI tracking of audit findings and KPI tracking of process KPI
? Creation of report templates and implementation
? Ensure regular report creation
? Issue follow up by following the aligned processes, questioning the provided materials (reports, analysis results, capacity curves, delivery plans, etc.) and escalation to Mercedes-Benz where needed
? Identification of critical suppliers according to the defined processes and implementation of management report
? Forward planning of upcoming critical supplier changes/ supplier product changes/ supplier process changes with run&rate, capacity planning, ramp up planning, auditing
III. Work package Quality Management 3: customer claim management
? Documentation, clustering and evaluation of customer claims
? Kick-off of analysis process, result documentation in the systems, KPI documentation
? Monitoring of claim KPI and ensuring timely feedback to customers
? Issue follow up by following the aligned processes, questioning the provided materials (reports, analysis results, root cause explanations, data provision, etc.) and escalation to Mercedes-Benz where needed
? Information and data collection at Farasis for demanded cases
? Writing of management reports
? Education
o Bachelor in engineering or engineering economics, mechanical engineering automotive Engineering, technical orientated. Business Administration or comparable
o Chinese and English language skills reading/writing on business level
? Experience
o With minimum 3 years work experience at OEMs, especially from Components Suppliers Control and SQA
? Specific Knowledge
o High motivation and flexibility combined with a high ability to work independently
o Good organization skills and structured working function
o Process understanding of analysis process and ability to develop own process descriptions
o High resilience against time pressure, new working surrounding and barriers being found in a inter cultural and intercompany working surrounding
o Strong skill and knowledge to coordinate between different teams.
o Proficient knowledge in MS-Office especially in PPT and Excel
o Intercultural competences, team player
o Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
o Business fluency in English and Chinese
o Knowledge in Battery technology / development is a plus
