崗位職責(zé)： Job Description: 1.作為德高中國(guó)北京機(jī)場(chǎng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員，需要負(fù)責(zé)特定行業(yè)的廣告業(yè)務(wù) Being part of JCDecaux Airport Beijing Sales team and take charge of dedicated advertiser industry 2.通過收集并分析市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)和商業(yè)信息發(fā)現(xiàn)并尋找新客戶信息 Collecting and analyzing business intelligence and market data to discover and pursue new client leads 3.定期與潛在客戶通過電話或會(huì)議形式溝通，提出廣告解決方案并解答客戶疑問 Setting up meetings and calls with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns 4.按要求參加銷售會(huì)議，貿(mào)易展會(huì)和培訓(xùn)研討會(huì) Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required 5.通過宣傳戶外廣告的優(yōu)勢(shì)來最大限度開發(fā)現(xiàn)有客戶戶外媒體計(jì)劃 Persuading clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various ooh advertising formats 6.達(dá)到年度、季度和月度銷售KPI和目標(biāo) Reaching annual, quarterly and monthly sales KPIs and targets 7.維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶的客戶關(guān)系，為客戶量身定制的機(jī)場(chǎng)廣告方案 Executing airport media campaigns of key accounts and creating tailor made media solutions for airport OOH based on client's requirements 8.與客戶協(xié)調(diào)管理銷售訂單流程，確認(rèn)并理解客戶需求 Managing sales order process coordinating with customers, acknowledge and understanding customer requirements 任職資格 Requirements: 1.具備較強(qiáng)的自我激勵(lì)能力以及鍥而不舍的工作態(tài)度； Must be a self-starter and extremely motivated to win 2.具備與客戶高層交流溝通的能力與技巧 Possess sophistication and poise to work with high level contacts 3.具備出色的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)與能力及較強(qiáng)的寫作技巧 Must possess excellent customer service skills and good writing skills 4.具備出眾的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力以及解決問題、排除問題的能力 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 5.大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，商務(wù)、市場(chǎng)類專業(yè)優(yōu)先 Diploma and above in Business, Marketing 6.3-5年中等以上規(guī)模公司高級(jí)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（不限于媒體行業(yè)） Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a medium or large corporation (not necessary in media industry) at a sales position 7.流暢的中文或英文交流能力，能同時(shí)使用英文和中文更佳，具有其他語(yǔ)言能力更佳 Chinese or English is a MUST; Chinese and English a plus; additional languages a plus.
