Job Description:
1. 開(kāi)發(fā)各領(lǐng)域頭部客戶,如醫(yī)藥健康行業(yè),汽車(chē)、金融行業(yè)、科技技術(shù)行業(yè)及奢侈品行業(yè)等,并維護(hù)與其的良好關(guān)系;
Develop and maintain good relationship with top clients in various industries, such as pharmaceutical and health industry,auto, finance, technology industry and luxury industry, etc.;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)字化戶外媒體投放,能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行客戶服務(wù)以及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案策劃;
Responsible for digital outdoor media, be able to provide clients service and marketing plan independently;
3. 在銷(xiāo)售方法和擴(kuò)大媒體影響力方面發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新力量,識(shí)別業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn),不斷深挖行業(yè)內(nèi)資源和價(jià)值;
Develop innovative power in terms of sales approach and media enhancement, identify business opportunity points constantly dig into resources and value;
4. 收集并分析媒體市場(chǎng)的趨勢(shì)和客戶需求,為客戶提供強(qiáng)有力的咨詢服務(wù),制定優(yōu)秀的銷(xiāo)售策略,達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)并為客戶推動(dòng)廣告計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行落地;
Research and analyze on media market trends and client demand, provide a strong consulting services to clients, develop the best strategy, achieve sales targets and driving overall revenue growth for the clients;
5. 遵從公司的銷(xiāo)售流程,提升客戶滿意度和媒體價(jià)值;
Follow company sales procedure, improve clients’ satisfaction and media values;
6. 與上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保持緊密的聯(lián)系并完成其交代的其他工作。
Keep close reporting relationship with superiors and finish other assigned work.
背景方向:
1. 有傳統(tǒng)媒體、優(yōu)質(zhì)紙媒或線上銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Have experience in traditional media, high-quality print media or online sales.
2. To B服務(wù)類(lèi)行業(yè)背景,包括展覽、培訓(xùn)、會(huì)務(wù)、咨詢等;
With a background in To B service industries, including exhibitions, training, conferences, consulting, etc.
3. 若為BD方向,需要候選人客戶開(kāi)拓意識(shí)強(qiáng)、具備自驅(qū)能力。
For the Business Development (BD) direction, candidates are required to have a strong awareness of customer development and be self-motivated.
4. 若為大客戶經(jīng)理方向,考慮顧問(wèn)型銷(xiāo)售,具備較強(qiáng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)能力。
For the Key Account Manager direction, consultant-type sales are considered and candidates should possess relatively strong professional abilities.
