崗位職責:
1、根據部門年度經營計劃及各階段工作目標方向,統(tǒng)籌資源配置,帶領團隊成員高效拓展海外市場,完成季度及年度銷售任務;
2、負責團隊銷售人員的日常行動、銷售漏斗管理,并對其銷售工作的時間進度、成本、質量等進行管控,參與人才梯隊建設,打造一支有戰(zhàn)斗力的外貿銷售隊伍;
3、調研目標市場,搜集主要競爭對手動態(tài)信息,并及時向上反饋,為公司制定相應的銷售策略提供參考依據;
4、海外業(yè)務渠道拓展及運營管理,協(xié)助合作商對重點項目客戶的轉化工作,并定期對合作商進行產品知識、銷售政策、商業(yè)談判、客訴處理等的培訓賦能;
5、協(xié)助策劃并參與目標市場線下推廣活動,包括展覽、論壇、講座、專題研討會、學術年會等,進行產品推廣及品牌宣傳;
6、完成副總交辦的臨時性工作任務。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,英語、電子信息工程、國貿等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先,英語聽說讀寫能力較強;
2、8年以上外貿銷售經驗,其中至少3年團隊管理經驗,有電子元器件行業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮,擅長海外代理商開發(fā)及運營管理,熟悉歐美市場及當地貿易政策合規(guī)實務;
3、熟悉海外大客戶開發(fā)流程,具備一定層面的商務溝通及商務關系建立經驗,善于察言觀色;
4、具備較強的系統(tǒng)性思維、溝通協(xié)調能力、學習能力和團隊協(xié)作能力,責任心、目標感、執(zhí)行力強。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead overseas market expansion by aligning resources with departmental annual plans to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
2. Manage daily sales activities, pipeline oversight, and team performance metrics. Contribute to talent development for a high-performing global sales team.
3. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Drive channel partner growth, support critical client conversions, and deliver partner training programs (product knowledge, sales policies, negotiation tactics, complaint resolution).
5. Spearhead international marketing initiatives including trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
6. Execute ad-hoc assignments from VP as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferred majors: English, Electronic Engineering, International Economics and Trade). Business-fluent English proficiency.
2. 8+ years in international sales with 3+ years team leadership. Electronics components industry experience preferred. Expertise in EU/US markets, trade compliance practices, and agent network development.
3. Proven success in enterprise-level client acquisition and senior stakeholder engagement.
4. Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional coordination, rapid learning agility, and collaborative spirit. Results-driven with exceptional execution capabilities.
