Knowing related technical and quality requirements in these processes ? Be familiar with supplier quality management and improvement. ? Familiar with problem solving tool (such as 8D, A3) ? Experience of leading continuous improvement project for supplier quality is a plus. ? Familiar with supplier audit and supplier qualification. ? Experiences of leading a team over 20 members. ? Able to work under pressure. ? Good logic thinking ability. ? Handling problem in a systemic way. ? Self-motivated. ? Well-organized, detail-oriented and outstanding work ethic. ? Good English communication skill including listening and speaking.
