Responsibility：
1. Strategy Development & Execution:
? Design and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for Professional Services, (MICE, TRAVEL, property leasing, decoration, administrative services, IT, Service out sourcing etc.)
? Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and enhance service quality.
? Align procurement activities with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
2. Supplier Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in the Professional Services category.
? Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and terms to ensure competitive pricing and favorable conditions.
? Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
? Partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR) to understand their requirements and provide tailored procurement solutions.
? Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to Professional Services procurement.
4. Market Intelligence & Risk Management:
? Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and emerging risks within the Professional Services sector.
? Conduct regular spend analysis and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years specializing in indirect procurement and Professional Services in FMCG/Medical industry.
3. People/team management experience required.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
