1. The daily visit, call reception and transfer
前臺(tái)日常訪客接待、電話接聽及轉(zhuǎn)接
2. Daily maintenance of office environment
日常辦公環(huán)境維護(hù)
3. Employee attendance management
員工考勤管理
4.Assist arrange and manage company vehicle.
協(xié)調(diào)公司車使用安排及管理
5. Assist arrange all of company activities (Birthday party, Outing, Annual Dinner etc.).
協(xié)助安排公司活動(dòng)(生日會(huì)、公司旅游、年會(huì)等)
6.Daily administrative affairs, such as booking business trips, hotels, ordering and distributing office supplies, printing business cards, maintaining office equipment, etc
日常行政事務(wù),如預(yù)訂出差機(jī)票、酒店,訂購并發(fā)放辦公用品、名片打印、辦公設(shè)備維護(hù)等
7.To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
根據(jù)公司需求,完成其他臨時(shí)工作。
Job requirements 崗位要求:
-行政管理、人力資源管理、物流管理、國(guó)際商務(wù)等相關(guān)專業(yè)在校2026應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生
-對(duì)貨運(yùn)行業(yè)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際物流相關(guān)行業(yè)感興趣
-電腦操作熟練,熟悉word、excel等基本辦公軟件,能適應(yīng)電子化辦公環(huán)境
-有責(zé)任心,良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力和溝通能力,能適應(yīng)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作協(xié)助
-英語達(dá)到四級(jí)水平或同等水平,能適應(yīng)英文工作環(huán)境
-實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間:周一到周五到崗,可實(shí)習(xí)6個(gè)月以上
