Responsible for the selection and verification of welding equipment 負(fù)責(zé)焊接設(shè)備的選型，驗(yàn)證 5. Responsible for welding process procedure and working instructions, effective implementation 負(fù)責(zé)焊接過程程序文件及作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書的編制，有效執(zhí)行 6.Responsible for the development and review of WPS, PQR and related process documents, make sure it compliance to applicable standards and customer specifications 負(fù)責(zé)WPS、PQR及相關(guān)工藝文件編制和審核,確保符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及客戶規(guī)范 7.Responsible for request customer approval of welding process related technical documents 負(fù)責(zé)請求客戶批準(zhǔn)焊接工藝相關(guān)技術(shù)文件 8. Responsible for welding third party Nadcap audit，customer audit and make sure the welding process is conformable 負(fù)責(zé)焊接第三方Nadcap審核、客戶審核，確保焊接工藝符合 9.Continuous improving welding processes to support capability set up and capacity increase 持續(xù)改進(jìn)焊接工藝，以支持能力建設(shè)和產(chǎn)能增加 Qualifications 任職要求： 1.a bachelor degree with welding engineer or related majors 焊接工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 2.At least 3 years working experience especially related to welding 至少3年焊接相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3 Extensive hands on experience working with welding process, especially TIG of various materials in Aerospace industry ,such as stainless steel, nickel base alloy .Familiar with Torch and Induction brazing and LBW is preferre 豐富的焊接工藝實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是航空航天工業(yè)中各種材料的氬弧焊，如不銹鋼、鎳基合金等。熟悉火焰釬焊、感應(yīng)釬焊、激光焊優(yōu)先 4. A good understanding of AWS D17.1, CWI,IWE certificate is preferred 熟悉AWS D17.1 相關(guān)焊接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有CWI, IWE證書者優(yōu)先 5 . Solid understanding of AS9100 QMS and experience with Nadcap audit 熟悉AS9100質(zhì)量管理體系，有豐富的航空Nadcap審核經(jīng)驗(yàn) 6.Goodoral and written English 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力 7.Fast learning ability，Good team work spirit 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
