崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities:
- ?日常行政事務(wù)處理?
負(fù)責(zé)辦公室日常運(yùn)營管理,包括文件歸檔、會議協(xié)調(diào)、辦公用品采購及庫 存管理。
Handle daily administrative operations including document filing, meeting
coordination, office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- ?涉外接待與溝通?
接待外國訪客,安排商務(wù)行程、會議及翻譯支持,維護(hù)公司國際化形象。 Receive foreign guests, arrange business itineraries and meetings, provide translation support, and uphold the company's international image.
- ?設(shè)施維護(hù)與環(huán)境管理?
監(jiān)督辦公設(shè)備維護(hù)(如打印機(jī)、會議室設(shè)備),確保辦公環(huán)境整潔、安全。
Supervise office equipment maintenance (e.g., printers, conference
facilities) and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
- ??跨部門協(xié)作?
協(xié)調(diào)各部門行政需求,協(xié)助制定并優(yōu)化行政管理制度與流程。
Coordinate cross-departmental administrative needs and assist in
developing/optimizing administrative policies and procedures.
?任職要求 Qualifications:??
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,行政管理、商務(wù)英語或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,有海外留學(xué)背景的優(yōu)先;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business English or related
fields preferred. Overseas education background is preferred.
- 兩年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position, preferably in foreign
invested companies.
- 英語六級及以上,口語流利,能熟練進(jìn)行商務(wù)溝通及書面翻譯;
CET-6 or equivalent, fluent in oral and written English for business communication and translation.
- 熟練使用Office軟件(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)處理文檔、制作報表及演示材料。
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) for document
processing, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- 性格開朗,工作細(xì)致高效,具備較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
Outgoing personality, detail-oriented, efficient, with strong organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
