Responsibilities工作職責:
1、The Customer Quality Engineer (Supervisor) will track and resolve quality issues and complaints from customers, and provide the best-in-class service to the customers.
2、This position shall possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and work with cross-functional internal teams to ensure closed loop on customer requests/requirements.
3、He/she is also able to drive product quality improvement and ensure customer requirements are reflected in internal processes, procedures & standards.
4、Ability to travel when required.
Qualifications任職資格:
1、Bachelor or higher degree in Electronics engineering or related equivalent degree.
2、5+ years’ experience in semiconductor technical/quality roles, including 3+ years’ CQE experience in design house.
3、Knowledge of automotive IC and familiar with automotive customers.
4、Knowledge of quality system and quality engineering tools, such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, FTA.
5、Effective presentation, communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
6、Take initiative and drive for results with problem-solving mindset, ability to effectively handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
7、Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
