生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理安全管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理能接受倒班注塑能接受加班
崗位職責(zé):
1、制定技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，攻克生產(chǎn)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題。
Establish technical standards and resolve critical process challenges.
2、負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量控制體系搭建，監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)流程并推動(dòng)跨部門(mén)問(wèn)題解決。
Implement quality control systems and coordinate cross-departmental issue resolution.
3、設(shè)計(jì)員工培訓(xùn)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)效能。
Develop training programs and performance incentives to enhance team productivity.
4、 能負(fù)責(zé)員工及帶班的管理和培訓(xùn)。
Capable of managing and training staff and shift leaders.
5、 能對(duì)員工和帶班進(jìn)行目標(biāo)設(shè)定，績(jī)效管理并及時(shí)反饋。
Able to set goals, conduct performance management and provide timely feedback for staff and shift leaders.
6、 按時(shí)保質(zhì)地完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作及項(xiàng)目。
Complete other assigned tasks and projects with quality and on schedule.
7.、熟悉注塑流程管理，能獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題及流程優(yōu)化。
Proficient in injection molding process management, able to independently solve problems and optimize processes.
任職要求:
職位要求/Requirements：
1、5年及以上注塑生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding production management.
2、有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理或流水線管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Team management or production line management experience preferred.
3、具備精益生產(chǎn)知識(shí)或經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Knowledge or experience in lean manufacturing is a plus.
4、邏輯清晰，溝通表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)；抗壓能力強(qiáng)，具備良好的溝通能力和責(zé)任心。
Strong logical thinking and communication skills and ability to work under pressure with high responsibility.
5、此崗位需要倒班。
Shift work required.
6、大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷背景。
College diploma or above.
