QESIX SIGMA英語讀寫熟練8D報告
崗位職責:
工作職責 / Responsibilities:
1. 負責智能眼鏡和普通眼鏡新產(chǎn)品的導入，包括品控文件制作和報告審核。
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) for smart glasses and standard eyewear, including QC documentation preparation and report review.
2. 收集分析新產(chǎn)品不良問題，提出解決方案，并發(fā)布質(zhì)量報告。
- Collect and analyze defects in new products, propose corrective actions, and issue quality reports.
3. 與技術(shù)、計劃、生產(chǎn)等部門開會討論開發(fā)過程中的問題，并提出建議。
- Attend meetings with R&D, planning, and production teams to address development issues and provide recommendations.
4. 推動相關(guān)部門解決開發(fā)中的問題，驗證并關(guān)閉問題項。
- Drive cross-departmental solutions for development challenges, verify implementations, and close issues.
任職要求:
詳細要求 / Requirements:
1. 具備六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗，能熟練使用Minitab進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。
- Experience in Six Sigma quality management, proficient in using Minitab for data analysis.
2. 有品質(zhì)工程師工作經(jīng)驗，能運用PDCA和5W1H方法深入分析問題根本原因并提出改善對策。
- Prior experience as a Quality Engineer, skilled in root cause analysis using PDCA and 5W1H methodologies to propose effective countermeasures.
3. 良好的溝通能力，會制作8D報告，并與其他部門及上下游品質(zhì)窗口協(xié)作。
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create 8D reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams and quality stakeholders.
4. 熟悉注塑模具設(shè)計及成型工藝，能準確分析產(chǎn)品和模具不良問題并提供改善方案。
- Knowledgeable in injection mold design and molding processes, capable of accurately analyzing product/mold defects and providing improvement solutions.
5. 英語讀寫流利，能用英語收發(fā)郵件及撰寫文件、報告。
- Fluent in written and spoken English for emails, documentation, and reporting.
