現(xiàn)場管理質(zhì)量管理設(shè)備管理
崗位職責(zé):
工作職責(zé)/Job Description:
1. 根據(jù)項目進度負責(zé)及時準確的制定周/月度/季度生產(chǎn)計劃，并同時負責(zé)儲備人力和技能滿足生產(chǎn)需求
Responsible for production weekly, monthly, quarterly build plan, meantime coordinates human resources and skills in advance.
2. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)每日生產(chǎn)運營，確保生產(chǎn)運營指標(biāo)的達成
Leading the daily production operation, ensure the production operation KPIs achievement.
3. 參與產(chǎn)線人力需求和產(chǎn)能計劃的制定，并定期總結(jié)向生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理匯報
Work with cross function team to draw up the human resources and production capacity plan, regular summary status and report to production manager.
4. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)各項生產(chǎn)運營指標(biāo)的預(yù)算，如效率，輔料成本，人力成本等
Leading the forecast of production ops cost, for example Eff., consumables, cost of DLs.
5. NPI項目中作為生產(chǎn)部門的leader配合完成項目中和production相關(guān)的各項任務(wù)安排
During NPI period, as a leader from production side to cooperate with PM team.
6. 關(guān)注和關(guān)愛員工，不斷激勵下屬挑戰(zhàn)更高的績效指標(biāo)和職業(yè)規(guī)劃，持續(xù)提升團隊核心競爭力
Care about the staff, encourage subordinates to take more responsibility, improve team core competitiveness.
7. 管理員工績效，按時領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊完成員工績效評估, 并確保以公平公正公開的政策執(zhí)行
Manage employee
s performance, ensure the performances are implemented with open door strategy.
8.協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理制訂明確可衡量的目標(biāo), 推動個人和團隊不斷改進業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)
Assist production manager to establish clear measurable goals and drive individuals and team to continuously improve the KPIs.
9.持續(xù)推動工廠在安全，成本，品質(zhì)，和交期方面的不斷改善
Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
10.部門經(jīng)理指示的其他職責(zé)
Execute other duties from production manager.
任職要求:
崗位要求/Job Prerequisite:
1.大專或以上學(xué)歷，具備英文讀寫能力，口語能滿足工作優(yōu)先
Colleage degree or above, better can handle speaking in English, reading and writing English is a must.
2.有專業(yè)消費、汽車電子類管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
Have experience on consumer electronics or automotive electronics is preferred.
3.良好的溝通技巧，能和團隊成員良好協(xié)作
Good communication and teamwork
4.優(yōu)秀的團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和敏銳的風(fēng)險管控意識
Strong leadership and risk management mindset
5.誠實正直，充滿激情并熱愛學(xué)習(xí)
