OVERALL
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for customer and/or merchant support and proceed customers'
applications of contract modification, termination, and other inquiries.
Establishes and maintains relationships with internal/external customers,
vendors and other departments.
PRIMARY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Provides an initial point of contact for internal
and external customers.
·
Assists dealers, customers and staff members to
answer lease-contract related questions, resolve problems, which could be
moderate, more and the most complex.
·
Provides customer repayment statement based on the
requirement from time to time.
·
Proceeds customers' applications of contract
modification, title transfer, termination, and other inquiries.
·
Generates miscellaneous business reports used for
daily work within and out of company.
·
Resolves insurance issues for machines sold through
financing.
·
Manages original documents of contracts and other
files.
·
Assists Supervisor in development and implementation
of process and system improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
·
Master at standard desktop load applications
such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Access plus intranet and internet
functions. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently
use the knowledge.

Knowledge of products and services offered by
the appropriate area of responsibility.
·
Understanding of activities, their sequence and
measurement, and the ability to facilitate implementation of process and
participate in process. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can
independently use the knowledge.
·
Customer support experience with customer
interaction regarding finance product and process. - 1-3 years
·
Similar working experience in Finance industry
and understand the basic business model of this industry.
·
Degree in an Education discipline or equivalent
experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
·
Degree in a Business/Management discipline or
equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
·
Degree in an Economy/Finance/Law discipline or
equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
·
Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent
experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
