More than 5 years of quality assurance and customer & supplier management in mechanical or material industry ? Good knowledge with quality data analysis(like 6 sigma, Minitab etc.) and quality tools(8D,FMEA,etc.) ? Knowledge regarding quality management systems according ISO 9001,ISO/TS16949 or IATF16949) ? Have the experience with processes and supplier audit, VDA6.3 certification is preferred. ? Good negotiation skills ? Good English both for write and speak ? Good PC skills(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ? With high quality mindset ? Strict, diligent and conscientious, high sense of principle and quality awareness Responsibilities: ? Responsible for the supplier management from QM-side, including supplier audit, supplier performance monitoring, review and follow up the open actions with target. ? Supplier development, to train supplier for quality management, to support supplier quality problem solving and take action and preventive problem repeat. ? Quality data analysis to support team to solve the quality problem; ? Optimize the work procedure ? Train the people in different level for quality procedure and quality tools, like statistical analysis, problem solve method. ? Customer complaints management. ? Process quality control ?
