Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales to provide technical support to customers
while driving sales growth within the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will have a chemical
background in, technical sales, or a related field, and experience in the chemical industry or a similar
sector.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring optimal use of our chemical
products.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying
their needs and offering tailored solutions.
? Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
? Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to product applications and
performance.
? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all customer
interactions and technical recommendations.
? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business
development strategies.
? Prepare and present technical reports and sales forecasts to management.
? The resource will be asked to pass Hazardous Chemical regulation licenses such as “Safety
Management person 2” and be accountable for the safety regulations of the trading company
Qualifications and Requirements:
? Background studies in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field would be considered a
plus
? Seniority: junior profile or up to 3 years
? Basic experience in technical support, sales, or a related role within the chemical industry or a similar sector.
? Understanding of chemical products, their applications, and customer needs.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical
concepts to non-technical audiences.
? Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
? Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
? Willingness to travel within China for customer visits and business development activities

準(zhǔn)備并向管理層提交技術(shù)報(bào)告和銷售預(yù)測(cè)。
資源將被要求通過危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品監(jiān)管許可證,如“安全”管理人員2”,并對(duì)貿(mào)易公司的安全規(guī)章制度負(fù)責(zé)
資格及要求:
具有化學(xué),材料科學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的背景研究
資歷:初級(jí)或最多3年
具有化工行業(yè)技術(shù)支持、銷售或相關(guān)工作的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)類似的行業(yè)。
了解化工產(chǎn)品及其應(yīng)用和客戶需求。
優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠解釋復(fù)雜的技術(shù)
向非技術(shù)受眾介紹概念。
以銷售為導(dǎo)向的思維,能夠識(shí)別商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)并推動(dòng)增長。
中英文流利(書面和口語)。
