建筑設(shè)備安裝工程施工建筑設(shè)計(jì)
職責(zé)描述：
1. 技術(shù)方案的計(jì)算和制作
項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信息收集，按照銷售的要求完成技術(shù)方案，并配合銷售做相關(guān)的說(shuō)明和推廣；
2. 技術(shù)交流和推廣
與設(shè)計(jì)師、顧問(wèn)、開發(fā)商和業(yè)主創(chuàng)造需求，確保Armacell產(chǎn)品/方案被納入設(shè)計(jì)或圖紙中；
3. 項(xiàng)目信息管理
管理項(xiàng)目信息，并跟進(jìn)前20個(gè)項(xiàng)目，并把這些項(xiàng)目信息做成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工程案例，并分享給銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)；
4. 技術(shù)支持
為能源及工業(yè)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)支持，根據(jù)需要為其他銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供幫助或支持（如：顧問(wèn)、霸下項(xiàng)目的支持）；
5. 新渠道和市場(chǎng)的開發(fā)
利用團(tuán)隊(duì)有效的技術(shù)方案配合銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行新渠道和新市場(chǎng)的開發(fā)和推廣；
6. 計(jì)算工具的開發(fā)
提供和開發(fā)新的計(jì)算工具，以提高效率，創(chuàng)造技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)；
7. 產(chǎn)品資料和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的維護(hù)
制定和更新產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書，定期維護(hù)產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)資料的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地更新和報(bào)告市場(chǎng)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的信息；
8. 培訓(xùn)與報(bào)告
根據(jù)銷售需求和技能水平，對(duì)銷售進(jìn)行對(duì)應(yīng)的模塊專業(yè)技能的培訓(xùn); 管理和報(bào)告銷售活動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)的更新。
任職要求：
1. 本科或碩士學(xué)歷，至少1年以上相關(guān)暖通空調(diào)、保溫行業(yè)或建筑行業(yè)的銷售和市場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2. 具有市場(chǎng)開發(fā)、制定市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、新產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用開發(fā)以及技術(shù)支持的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，積極樂(lè)觀，有一定組織能力，有較強(qiáng)的人際交往和人際關(guān)系建立能力，善于傾聽(tīng)和交流談判技巧能力；
4. 具有英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫能力者優(yōu)先考慮。誠(chéng)信、心態(tài)好、良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力，能接受出差。
Job description
1. Technical solutions support
Collect project information, complete technical solutions according to sales requirements, and cooperate with sales to make related explanation and solution promotion;
2. Technical comunication
Create demand with designers, consultants, developers and owners to ensure that Armacell products/solutions are being specified to designs or drawings;
3. Project information management
Manage project information and follow up the top 20 projects, and create job references/Case studies for them, and share them with the sales team;
4. Technical support
Provide technical support to the Energy and Industrial sales teams, and provide assistance or support to other sales teams as required (e.g., consulting and Baixa project support);
5. New channels and markets support
Use the team's effective technical solutions to cooperate with the sales team to develop and promote new channels and new markets;
6. Development of calculation tools
Provide and develop new calculaiton tools to increase efficiency and create technological advantages for sales teams;
7. Product and database management
Develop and update test reports and certificates regularly, maintain product and technical data database; update and report market and competitor information regularly;
8. Training and report
According to the sales demand and sales skill level, provide training with the corresponding modules of professional skills to sales team; manage and report of sales activities and data updated.
Job Specifications
1. Bachelor or Master degree. Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing function of HVAC or Insulation business or related industrial business.
2. Experience in market development, market strategy planning, new product application development and technical support.
3. Teamwork, positive and optimistic, and certain organizational skills, have strong interpersonal communication and interpersonal relationship building skills, good at listening and communication and negotiation skills;
4. Solid planning/organization skill; Strong inter-personal and relationship building skill; A good listener and communicator Negotiation skill.
5. Chinese, English. Strong mindset, integrity with good capacity to learn and able to travel.
