職責(zé):
The Project Manager will be the main person in charge of coordinating, controlling and implementing the transfer of steering systems to our production in China. Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Be responsible for following the defined Bosch PEP process to ensure project objectives (cost, time, quality). For instance, ensure target of profit, budget, technology,QG, milestone,etc
- Project contracting with all related stakeholders for project organization,resources, capacities,work pakages,etc.
- Leading cross functional SE-team, driving team decisions, defining measures, coordiante all internal and external parties to in line with project objectives
- Lead planning and implementation into the project. Reviewing and tracking the status with team on a regular basis.
- Reporting project status and risks,providing up-to-date information to the team,
PSC, as well as to the customers
- Responsible for fulfilling all the requirements of project
- Assure that all required project data are documented in right way
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
要求:
Bachelor degree of mechanical, elecctronic, sales, marketing, commerce or equivalent.
- Able to professionally use office tooling for communication.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and stake interaction with parties concerned.
- Due to interaction levels and issues handled, strong interpersonal / negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player.
- Fluenct communication in English (spoken and written).
- Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- At least 2 years work experience and good knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of the overall process of New Product Development / Introduction.
- Experience of successful project management.
