財務分析應收應付
Responsibilities
? Responsibilities include accounting entry and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
? Handle account payable inquiry.
? Perform daily bank reconciliation
? Must ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time
? Document control including filing and soft copies of documents
? Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Person Specification
? Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
? At least 2 years working experience in Accounting, preferably in property management accounting.
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
? Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
? Knowledge of FlexSystem is an advantage
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
