Title: Marketing Intern
Purpose: Content and Digital Engagement
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Assist in creating engaging content for the school’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.)
2. Support the development of blog posts, newsletters, and website updates
3. Capture and edit photos and videos of school events and daily life
4. Monitor and report on social media engagement and performance metrics
5. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels
6. Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing team to support campaigns and events
7. Assist in scheduling and publishing content using digital tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)
8. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
9. Support translation and localisation of content between English and Mandarin
Requirements
? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
? Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital content trends
? Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Jianying)
? Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
? A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
