Job Responsibilities:
1.Market Development: Expand and maintain client relationships in global markets; analyze trends and competitors to drive strategic sales plans.
2.Product Promotion: Showcase products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors via demos, training, trade shows and academic/educational events.
3.Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building-up channels & optimizing their performance.
4.Clinical & Stakeholder Engagement: Implement adoption programs, provide expert product consultation, and resolve client needs.
5.KOL Collaboration: Build and leverage relationships with KOLs to enhance market influence and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Experience: 3+ years in international medical device sales or market development, with a proven track record in achieving targets (Southeast Asia,Russia, Brazil, and Western Europe experience preferred). Possesses sharp market acumen and strong business development capabilities, enabling rapid entry into new markets and achieving significant sales target improvements. Candidates with established resources in medical experts, KOLs and government public relations preferred.
3.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the medical device industry, market development trends, and cultural differences in healthcare systems across different countries.
4.Communication & Negotiation: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
5.Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
6.Others:Young talents aged 25-35 with ability to be based in Chongqing for over 50% of working time.
