Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute global marketing plans for product launches and business expansion
- Create differentiated market approaches based on regional healthcare landscapes and product strengths
2. Regional Sales and Distributor Support:
- Provide ongoing regional sales support by creating tailored marketing materials, tools, and campaigns.
- Develop and deliver sales training and distributor training programs to enhance product understanding and improve sales team performance.
3. Brand and Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and online presence, deliver consistent brand management across regions.
4. Event Management
- Plan and execute both internal and external marketing events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
- Coordinate product demonstrations and educational seminars
5. Cross-functional Alignment
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure marketing strategy alignment
- Drive integrated pipeline management for new and existing products
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required (Medical-related majors preferred).
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience in medical technology field, preferably in international market, or in a global medtech corporation, or in a Chinese enterprise with English proficiency.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales training, and launching successful campaigns in global markets.
3. Skills/Capabilities:
- Experience in managing distributor relationships, KOLs, and clinical study operations.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, customer segmentation, and brand strategy.
4. Other Requirements:
- Young talents aged 25-35 with ability to be based in Chongqing for over 50% of working time.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple international projects and deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel internationally for key events, distributor meetings, and training initiatives.
