Job Description:
1. Manage the Office 365 calendar of the Head
2. Work with the Head to plan regular meetings and the daily schedule
3.Support the Head in completing tasks on time and solving problems efficiently by conducting investigations, facilitating communication and coordination across departments, translating and proofreading correspondence.
4. PA Support to allocated SLT members；
5. Assist the Executive Officer in maintaining a smooth and efficient Head’s Office by managing all administrative functions and supporting the scheduling of regular events and meetings.
6. Back up for the Executive Officer when necessary.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
2. Ability to work quickly and under pressure, have an eye for details and be able to handle people on the phone and in person in a professional manner.
3. Well organised and able to prioritize as necessary and to multitask.
4. At least 3 years successful experience in a comparable role.
5. Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant softwares.
