崗位職責(zé)：
Implement and manage maintenance aspects of site SHE and daily Maintenance work
執(zhí)行并管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)SHE及日常維修工作
Set up and update the documentation for all equipment and facility in site and ensure the work safely and effectively
建立及更新現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備及設(shè)施的檔案，確保其安全有效
Set up and update equipment facility preventive maintenance and daily maintenance plan
制定并更新設(shè)備設(shè)施預(yù)防性維修及日常維修計(jì)劃
Draw up proper stock plan of spare parts and make good type selection for all mechanical equipment
制定合適的備品備件相關(guān)庫(kù)存方案，為所有的機(jī)械設(shè)備合理選型
Analyze the figures and failures, make action plans, and organize to carry out maintenance and modification for all equipment facility
數(shù)據(jù)分析，故障分析，制定行動(dòng)方案，并組織實(shí)施設(shè)備設(shè)施維修及技改方案
Adequately isolate equipment in order to make safe before commencing each job
開始每項(xiàng)工作前要充分隔離設(shè)備以確保安全
Carry out repairs in timely safe and orderly manner strictly adhering to permit to work procedure
嚴(yán)格按照工作許可程序，及時(shí)、安全、有序地進(jìn)行維修工作，
Analyze plant equipment facility criticality and perform root cause analysis
分析廠區(qū)設(shè)備設(shè)施臨界狀態(tài)，實(shí)施根本原因分析。
Take daily inspections and assist to eliminate all electrical malfunctions happened in the site
進(jìn)行日檢，協(xié)助消除所有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)生的電器故障
Capable to deal with all unexpected malfunctions related to mechanical equipment in the site at any time
無論何時(shí)都有能力處理有關(guān)機(jī)械設(shè)備的意外故障
Propose and implement small improvements in relevant area
建議并實(shí)施責(zé)任相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的小型技改
Set up KPI for his responsible area as well as the assessments
責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)KPI設(shè)定及考核
任職要求：
Bachelor or above, candidates with major in Chemical Mechanical or related, or with knowledge of chemical machinery are preferred
本科及以上，化工機(jī)械及相關(guān)專業(yè)，或有化工機(jī)械知識(shí)者優(yōu)先考慮
More than 5 years’ related experience in chemical industry
至少5年的化工行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Moderate English Level基本的英語溝通
